Write to support@biz59.net with any question, a problem or an idea. Say which email you sign in with and, for a problem, what you tapped and what you saw. We answer within two working days.
Signing in
tick-tock-done has no passwords. Type your email and we send a 6-digit code; type the code and you are in. No code after a minute? Look in spam or promotions, then ask for a new one. The same email signs you in on the web and on your phone.
Saying a task
Tap the microphone and say one sentence: what, when, which list and for whom, like "call the supplier tomorrow 9am, kitchen list". Your phone turns your voice into text; only the text reaches us. If there is no signal, the sentence waits on your phone and goes when you are back online. Undo on the card takes a task back.
Teams
Make a team in the app under Teams and invite people by email or with the join code. The owner and managers add and remove people; a team's lists belong to the team.
Your data and deleting your account
On iPhone: the account button at the top right, then Delete account. Type your email to confirm. This deletes your own lists, tasks, updates, pictures and video for good and takes you out of every team. If you own a team, delete it or hand it over under Teams first. For a copy of your data before you go, or to delete your account without the app, write to support@biz59.net from the email you sign in with.
